I have a lot of questions about this Video, particularly if the soldiers are Real DHS. or even real soldiers.

This exact same Video says DHS Practices Mowing Down Civilians.
DHS Practices Mowing Down Civilian "Zombies" During Anti-Terror Training Exercise

My questions.
There were lots of bystanders right at the very point where the Zombies were falling down after being shot.
They spent considerable time and money on the zombie makeup.
There was no blood from bullets.
There were no discernible arm patches, lapel pins or other military identification.
There was no ID on the truck.

It could not be used as a tactical training film as it was all hokey.
The bystanders - the ones I thought I could make out seemed to be American mostly because of white and their height.
The Building door openings were only about 6' or 5-10 overall.
There were burlap bags and woven baskets on the sides of the buildings.
The buildings didn't seem real with real wear and use.

What was it?
I'm not sure what the movie clip is. But I don't thing it's what its billed to be.

The US does have four town Villages built on the Middle East theme. Muslims live in two of them. Soldiers go there to become totally acclimated to life in the Middle East. They also have to speak the Arabic they have learned. Life in every aspect has been duplicated. That includes the way of life and the daily food.
I would say in my opinion it was not located in the US, unless it was a complete Movie Set.
If it was a movie it did not  appear to be a "B" movie quality - Maybe a "C+ or B-" if there is such a thing.

The strength of our Society is the continuous recognition, respect and acknowledgment of the right of Freedom of Speech and necessity of high social and moral standards as well as loyalty to the absolute implementation of those principles set forth in our US constitution.
