This isn't some irrelevant question about "which way to lead" and if you imagine it is, you're lost in your storybook idealization.  This is the final minutes of the game and the mad dash for the end-zone to bring about the collapse of society, so as to engage their "fundamental change".  The only thing they're gauging is the best actions to get the optimal response in turmoil and anger, and what they're relying on is a great many of us doing absolutely nothing, and never calling foul on them. This is precisely how other societies fell to totalitarian regimes.

If you believe this is anything like legitimate governance, you're mistaken, but it's not just from the left.

Curiously the GOP has precisely your same game plan: do nothing.

And the GOP's plan really has been nothing but enablers.

By all means, let's  sit idly by while the media plays Martin as just an innocent black child who was murdered in cold blood while coming back from getting skittles and iced tea, and not a street thug who jumped the wrong guy.   

Let's not raise our voices as an equally criminal DOJ plans to play the victim card for Martin to hang an innocent Zimmerman.

However, with that said, this whole story is a distraction, a sleight of hand, smoke and mirrors, he is keeping the focus on BS while Hussein screws us even more and gets away with it.
Holder will do absolutely nothing with any actual teeth. Sure, he'll act like he has legal authority, lawsuits will be filed, turning an already circus event, into an even bigger sideshow encore.

Point is, this will go nowhere, they never planned on following through, they have mastered the art of distraction.
