Why can't he?  Why is the president not able to file libel suits against people who clearly lied?  It's one thing to criticize a decision he made, but to flat out lie should have legal consequences.  And if he is a government employee who signed any kind of confidentiality agreement or holds a clearance then even if it's true, he should suffer severe consequences.  I bet Obama wanted to prosecute leakers in his admin too.  You work for Trump, you keep your mouth shut and do whatever he orders.

Barr said he went to the bunker for his own safety AFTER Trump said he went to the bunker to "inspect" it. Should he sue Barr?

The way I understood it, the secret service ushered him into the bunker, as protocol demands. Trump didn't want to and left, end of story.
Then some idiot leaked to the press that Trump "Hid" in the bunker, a claim that was not true, and now Trump wants to know who leaked it.

I don't see any issue here, and no one but you and the Marxist media seem to think it was a big deal, why is that?
