I will say it again. The citizens of SF deserve what they vote for.

Having food exposed to the environment in San Fransisco could be toxic. I wouldn't eat a sandwich in the middle of a trash dump either. Or worse; it could bait one of the creatures that live on the streets like chum for a shark.
