This case has already been investigated and there was no there there. this time looks like they are going to use a liberal jury to "investigate".

First I'm wondering what Old Sly Donald has up his sleeve ?  There is a reason why he released this statement worded as it is. It makes me wonder if Trump is telling Bragg that the "leaks" in the DA's office are in reality TRUMP informants who are watching Braggs ass  .

Is there a warrant? Signed off by a Judge? Or is this just and affidavit for a warrant outlining 'probable  cause not yet in effect? Will a Judge refuse to sign it?  If it is a state offense is it an extraditable warrant? Who will serve it? Where?  Who will serve a New York State Warrant in the State of Florida? Suppose DeSantis says no, No to extradition. Will DOJ authorize US Marshal's for service of a state warrant? Suppose the secret service doesn't allow his arrest. Suppose Trump doesn't surrender?

This is an unbeleivably complicated can of worms the left has perpetrated here. The potential to backfire in their faces is off the charts.
 
McCarthy needs to stand up and block any Federal aid to NYC if this happens.

If they are setting up another false flag Jan 6th operation this would be the way to do it. But suppose the protests aren't in NYC but in Florida where the left doesn't have their same power and control as NYC or DC

But you raise a good question, what judge would put his career on the line for a Soros backed DA?
Does NY have some weird unconstitutional law, only set by precedent, we're not aware of?
