The source for that information was Laredo Border Patrol Officer Hector Garcia.  Although Officer Garcia was most intimately experienced with the Texas border and with aspects such as stand down orders, intentional under staffing, and denial of equipment such as cameras and the like, Officer Garcia became something of a whistle blower and a local hero. He checked out the Windsor office, met with agents, and came up with this tunnel information.  Moslems would enter Canada courtesy of the UK and the insane EU open border policies. From there, they would sashay across the border, using this abandoned tunnel.
Sorry, but I cannot stay up to date or even find much on Hector Garcia because BamaShamma whipped a gag order on border officers.  Mr. Garcia defied the order, but the order has been effective in silencing these exposures.

Any idea where this tunnel exists, and if it is still usable? I know Ford had a water intake plant down off Jefferson, about where the future Gordie Howe International Bridge will be going in. (Great fishing spot, incidentally, if you don't mind fish out of "The Simpsons").

The tunnel Officer Garza referred to was built by Henry Ford for the purpose of transporting autos from Detroit to Ontario. It has long since been abandoned, but, according to Mr. Garza, was suitable for foot traffic. I know, it sounds absurd, but knowing what we know of the British, we could not put it past either the British or the Canadian governments to be so stupid and corrupt as to enable a system in which Moslems would enter Italy, be given visas and tickets to London. From there, claiming whatever status the stupid EU would have granted them, on to Canada for a respite, then hoof it into Detroit, which is where they all want to be and where Washington wants them. The idea of protecting America is the farthest thing from Washington's mind, unless it can spend a lot of money putting on a big front.

I'm trying to research this but have had little luck thus far. Without demeaning the rest of your post, I'll just say it's far easier to slip across the border from other origins than Canada. Puerto Rico and various other U.S. territories come to mind.

As for Canada, we're in for a real liberal treat from Justin Trudeau as their new prime minister (he's the part that ran Pierre Elliott's leg). Give them five years and they'll all be so stoned up there that they wouldn't recognize a Muslim terrorist if they blew up with one.
