Im a member of a vegan discussion forum on Facebook, and its been getting a bit ridicilous lately. There was a discussion about wether or not you should value the lives of lice (they Are often used for its red colour in candy). I Said I dont care about lice, why should I care about a parasite anymore than I care about bacteria.  I Asked a lot of the people that cared about these lice so much if they cared about human fetuses. They just said IT was "whataboutism" and abortion is a womans Choice, its complex, you can easily not eat lice but easily not have an abortion etc

People were also saying lice Are animals since they have nervous systems. I pointed out baby lice doesnt and therefore Are not animals. I seriously got this reply
"Because even though the  baby lice has no nervous system they Will develop into an adult lice that is an adult " Im dying og laugher over here, do they not realize this is the logic pro life people use about actual HUMAN BEINGS. I pointed this out and got an answer that I was trying to justify my use of lice . I cant stop laughing this is ridicilous, baby lice matter more to these people than unborn children! Also I got told to laugh at opposing views but its just so ridicilous I couldnt help myself this is just unbelievable. And they did not seem to have the slightest bit of self awareness about this
