Maybe because the Bush administration had actual tracking devices on the guns, and cancelled the operations when the tracking devices were shown to be non performing. It was revived by the Obozo administration with NO tracking devices. You know if you aren't up on the facts of the case it would probably be better not to comment.

I do believe the guns used in Holder's Fast & Furious operation did, in fact, contain tracking devices.

But the battery life in those devices was so short that the guns dropped off the scope before they could be tracked to the big fish Holder was hoping to catch.

And then they "disappeared".

They'll be blaming Bush 100 years from now. Some deserved some not.

Uh, no. They were going to physically track them - or at least pretend to. You should understand that the purpose of the Obama program was not to track the firearms, but to have them show up at numerous crime scenes so they could scream for more gun control laws. They've already produced emails showing that.

The program under Bush was completely different, controlled buys and surveillance with a recovery plan vs allowing guns to "walk" with no follow up and hoping they'll turn up later....

It's now Obama's fault because he currently is the POTUS and his appointee, Eric Holder, is the Attorney General.  It wasn't a good policy under W, but W has nothing to do with it now.  Got it?

Of course it's not W who is seeking revenge on Jan Brewer; it's Obama and his administration.  Remember, Obama is the President.  Bush is the former President.  Obama has been in office three years.  Bush has been out of office for the same amount of time.
