I have wondered which direction Roberts would be heading, would he vote with the conservatives or the liberals. Guess we know now.

I have to say I am disappointed. If roberts can not stand up for the first amendment, there is nothing in the constitution he will stand up for. I have not seen the dissenting opinion to see how can roberts justify a dictator for a governor, going after freedom of religion? Cuomo never tried to stop the riots or looting, even encouraged mass transit, but religion was too dangerous? 

I am going to love watching Robert's nose getting rubbed in it every time he pees on the Constitution.

Way past time to impeach the piece of shit.  He doesn't like Trump, I get it.  But that's not his job as a judge, to decide every case based solely on his hatred of Trump.  The guy is a joke of a justice.

How would an impeachment process get started?  I think it's the high crimes and misdemeanors requirement.  Is being a dick a high crime?

The rewrite of Commiecare went beyond being Constitutional, so I think that's a good place to start.
