Sleep deprivation, solitary, and many threats, some actual violence.

Again, these are claims, not facts at this point.  Yes, there are many a-hole detention officers, so it's possible that something could have happened, but you said "them" implying that there's a coordinated effort to get J6ers.

One claim does not support that.

Funny, Warren and Durbin thinks these claims are true.
Why is it you only research that, that supports your own biases? If you strived a bit more for the actual truth, you wouldn't come off as such a retard.

They aren't saying the claims are true.  They are simply speaking out against solitary confinement because they think it's too mean.

Why do you hate Patriots and not all the damage the left has inflicted on their own cities?
Your hypocrisy is so dense, you can't see how big of a leftist you are.
Does your programming prevent you from acknowledging the truth?

I don't hate true patriots.  The J6 rioters aren't patriots, IMO.
Quoteand not all the damage the left has inflicted on their own cities?
States have the right to run things as bad as they want and people have the right to vote their leaders out of office or pack up their stuff and leave to a state that isn't poorly run. That's how freedom works.

There is no hypocrisy.  Your strawman portrayal of my beliefs is garbage.

Yep, and that's why Ny is suffering miserably, and Ca has literally lost its tax base. But I'll let you in on a little secret, we didn't vote for these commies, they stole their elections, just like they've been doing for decades with the help of the GOP.

You have no core values, no real belief system, if you had any, you would be a Conservative!

Liberal crime policies are rarely any good. Yes, some people are leaving California. The numbers that you see regarding people leaving California don't count for people moving into California. The last I heard, California had a huge tax surplus. Again, people are free to live wherever they want..

The Justice system is what it is, sometimes criminals are going to get friendly juries and many judges, other times they will get unfriendly juries and we need judges, etc. They were some judges that I think were too harsh on the J6 writers. They were some judges, for example, that I thought were too lenient on the Floyd riots. That's how it goes sometimes. Judges that are consistently way off track are removed from office, as they should be.

Are you high? Ca is in debt, always has been, but the magic of book keeping painted the lie very differently.
In fact at the moment the state is facing a 25 billion dollar deficit, and only getting worse with the collapse of Big Tech in Silicon Valley.
And no, the state is not gaining new American Citizens that offset the loss of millions bailing on the state!
Seriously, do you make this shit up as you go?

California has the fifth-highest debt of any state, with total liabilities coming out to $362.87 billion. Total assets come out to $301.1 billion, creating a $55.96 billion net debt and giving California a debt ratio of 120.5%. California's debt and liabilities can be broken down into three categories: retirement liabilities, budgetary borrowing, and bond debt. However, combining California's federal, state, and local debt brings California's debt total to over $1 trillion. According to this report, the debt would cost each resident of California $33,000 or each taxpayer $74,000.

Now you're sounding like Kamala's word salad speeches. Just a bunch of words tossed out because you didn't want to work at a rebuttal. Just sad!

Aren't you the one who does not believe any numbers you see posted? And yet, here you are claiming false information that you ONLY HEARD to be true. What a damn hypocrite. You sure get caught in a hell of a lot of lies.

Introduction
The state has faced four recessions in the last three decades. Three of those—the recession in the early 1990s, the dot‑com bust in the early 2000s, and the Great Recession—resulted in large revenue shortfalls and ensuing multiyear deficits, even for some years after each recession ended. The most recent COVID‑19 induced recession was acute, but short‑lived. Ultimately, unlike with previous downturns, state revenues did not decline in response. In fact, the immediate aftermath of this recession was marked by robust revenue growth. As a result, in the last two years, the state saw historic budget surpluses—including $47 billion in 2021‑22 and $55 billion in 2022‑23.

Although the state faces a budget problem this year, anticipated revenue shortfalls this year do not yet reflect a recession. Rather, revenues have declined relative to their recent peaks due to Federal Reserve actions taken to cool an overheated economy. We do, however, think there is a heightened risk of this cooldown progressing to a recession. As a result, planning for further revenue declines would be prudent. Moreover, the multiyear budget is out of balance under the Governor's proposals. This means the state is more likely to face budget problems over the next few years if the Governor's budget is adopted.

By law, there's never supposed to be a fuckin surplus! Ca has been creatively manipulating its books to create an appearance of abundance for decades for one reason or another.
Be it to claim we can afford social programs, or we can't afford infrastructure upgrades, unless we raise taxes.

Anyone that believes Ca finances, are above board, are no doubt gullible trusting fuckin libs!
