If the "surplus" existed, why did not legislature not agree with the numbers? Either the surplus exist or it doesn't. Don't forget, the surplus being talked about was never money in the bank, it was a very optimistic view on future revenue. Those who actually write the budget, ex. congress, stated they did not believe Newsom's numbers. Do you get it yet???  If there was an actual "surplus", why did Newsom keep pushing for tax increases? Why did he push for more bonds to be issued on existing projects? You may believe his words, but I'm looking at his actions.

So basically, like most of what you post, you have all kinds of doubts about what is being said, even though the J6 patriots have been saying this from the beginning, but you have no proof. Makes you wonder why they are in isolation, no witnesses.
