Euro nationalism is on the rise.
The idea of European citizenship supremacy? It won't fly, they have too many different nationalities to sail under the flag of nationalism. Europe knows a lot about nationalism and how it affects society, so your fears are idle.

Poll: Immigration Beats Economy And Unemployment As Major Concern Of Europeans

Immigration is the number one most frequently cited concern in 20 out of 28 Member States. It reaches the highest points in Malta (65 per cent), a popular entry point for North African migrants, and, perhaps surprisingly, Germany (55 per cent). In Italy, where tens of thousands of migrants have risked everything to make the perilous journey across the Mediterranean sea, immigration was top concern for 43 per cent of people.

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Here's a link to a video from the German comic show "Die Anstalt"

Actually the video is quite old. But if you surfed the web, you would be able to find dozens more similar video proofs that the big part of people in Europe have point of view about the USA at all, that is absolutely different to what our media shows us. And even the official position of many political parties is now  less friendly to us.
Therefore there's a large chance for us to remain without support in a difficult moment.
However, Obama and his administration keep on lying to us about strong political and the economic the ties between the USA and the European Union.
My question is what are we gonna do if the EU turns away from us?
The same thing we've always done. Defend the freedoms of Europeans who hate us.
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

Pretty sure he meant national nationalism and not supranational nationalism is one the rise in Europe  :tounge: Which it is btw because the European people's are not given a different choice. We have no conservative option like the US has.

Can you imagine the chitstorm in DC if one of our congress people talked to Bozo or another figure head like this lady did to Merkel?  Whew, was she ever laying it on the line to her!
