The Census Bureau's own experts have predicted that millions of Hispanics and immigrants would go uncounted if the census asked everyone if he or she is an American citizen.

Shouldnt the question simply  be if it was legal to add the  question? Why would anything else matter?

The citizenship question has never been on the census questionaire, would have been a okay addition
if some people had kept their big mouths shut.  Gotta figure, considering all the census questionaire's I
have filled out in my adult year  (52 years). being honest maybe about 4 times.
