The AG in New York is investigating Bain Capitol for its tax strategies.  After all these years and now?  Interesting that this comes down in NY and Holder/Obama keep their hands clean.

For what time period. Last I looked Romney sold his interest in Bain years ago, ans some Obama bundler is in charge there now.

Major corporations have tax lawyers and accountants, who do nothing else but make sure they're in compliance with the tax laws of every jurisdiction they do business in. They KNOW there's nothing amiss, they KNOW they won't find anything, once again it's just an attempt to link Romney to something done by Bain even though he hasn't run the company for 13 years now.

Exactly, his accountants and lawyers crossed every T and dotted every i, then sent it to another firm to have it all verified.
Even though it's an obvious fishing expedition and nothing will be found, this is poor publicity for the administration, they will come off looking like the Nazis they are.
This has to be the worst move anyone could have made at this desperate stage of their game.
Kind of like a Hail Mary, the final shot with the last bullet.
They should have saved it for themselves, they're going to need it.
