Very true. Even Obama got in.

Personally, I think the handicapped liar with a mistress just might turn out less a failure than the sissy in the mom jeans, Bath House Barry.

The only explanation that would make sense, is menstruation.
We either become the recipient of it's effects, or you're the victim of this affliction that plagues the mind every few weeks with indecision and emotion, or depending on the day in the cycle, acute mental wizardry.
There is no consistency in this court, even children can better grasp the concept of Right and Wrong.

Which one is the nuttiest? Ginsberg, Sotomeyer, or Kagen? Or, is it too close to call?

Ginsberg. The other two haven't hit stride yet. Also don't rule out Roberts.

Did you know Congress, IF IT HAS THE WILL, can greatly limit the power of the Supreme Court? It was never intended that they rule the country as 5 kings. Take some time and listen to Mark's show from the 26th, then ask your Rep why he's willing to let them get away with these crimes against the American People:

What is the mechanism to rein in a Supreme Court?  Checks and balances, wise?

What are the "checks" and "balances"? Simple really, Congress can re-write laws the court strikes down for example, Congress can impeach and remove from the bench justices they find acted improperly somehow (never happened but legal possibility still). But the big one, is the ability of the Congress to change the law, including even the Constitution, if the court rules in a way that the Congress and or the States, or the People feel is "wrong".
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

They are supposed to rule on three more things.

Anyone know what they are?
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Well, they ruled on at least a couple of things today.

They reaffirmed the legal use of drugs for capital punishment.

And they ruled against Obama on his excessive regulations against coal and other industries!  I don't know the details.  It was a 5-4 ruling.

I know from a certain political point of view homosexuality is considered "abnormal". But is it really? After all it does occurr in nature, in other species of animals. So how, outside of our own created moralities, do we say what is or isn't normal?

We've got a book called the Holy Bible.  Information in it was inspired by the Creator for such purposes as educating us on how to live, interact with others.  Specific  and more than ample space is given on what to avoid.  Definite instruction is given on homosexuality.  All of this is relevant to a Christian.  Some folks rather be PC than Christian and to me that is sad.

key, it is much deeper than that.  It is a matter of PC vs. Constitution.  It is a matter of PC vs. Law of the land.

PC is driving the Nation..... not Law..... not Constitution..... just pure idealogical PC.  As I posted earlier... PC is King now.  Everything is subservient to the new King in America.

It's a political point of view for the left.  Physically it is not normal.  Certain parts of the body should not be used for sex.  Lots of physical damage can and eventually does occur when used in such a manner.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

On same sex, I doubt the judges even broke any law. It's like, "Is it against the law to stand on your head in the intersection of First and Main?"  Well, no, it never occurred to us to make such a law.

Rest assured, the actions that are to follow are going to be absolutely against all principles of the law. I am reading about Canada, and what has transpired since that nation legalized gay marriage. It is absurd and ridiculous.

The thing that can save us is that Congress get busy and start drafting protective legislation.  It's about time Congress did something useful, anyhow.

You said you're a "Bible believing Christian" but you seem intent on making absurd claims and arguments instead of BELIEVING the word of the Book you claim to value.

Your argument is absurd. You are not allowed to live as an animal on MANY levels. It's natural for my cat to murder chipmunks, baby rabbits and recently, groundhogs, even though I've explained to him that we don't kill the wildlife.

Homo apologists always make the argument you're making.

Maybe you should look to the swan and the goose. what's "natural" for them is to mate for life with ONE spouse (OF THE OPPOSITE SEX).

And as a "Bible believing Christian", you should look to the words of your Lord and Saviour for the definition of MARRIAGE

Quote"Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh," --Gen 2:24

Quotefrom the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. 9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Mark 10

There is NO other definition, but feel free to make excuses for disobedience.
