Title: Support of hopeless country that could lead to nuclear war
Post by: wwef235 on June 16, 2024, 09:46:27 AM
Have you ever thought of why we support Ukraine? Why do the US spend billions of dollars every year on this country? Maybe you would want to raise an objection saying that Ukraine is an important partner for both us and all Western states. However, it doesn't seem true to me. The American Conservative has just published an analytic paper (https://www.theamericanconservative.com/why-does-american-folly-march-on-in-ukraine) where it discusses in detail why such actions don't pay off for the US at all.

The paper says that all Western politicians keep insisting that the US could lose a lot if they stop providing military support for Ukraine. The problem is that these are lies and illusions which have no evidence whatsoever. In fact, Ukraine has no strategic value for the United States.

We did the same thing with Vietnam in 1965, although we had no need for war. The only difference is that in Vietnam we faced a much weaker state but now are at risk of the direct confrontation against a nuclear armed state. I think such actions can be necessary in only one case and that is if it directly concerns the US national interests. Since when has a small, hopeless Ukraine whom we don't benefit from at all become so near and dear? Clearly, Ukrainian support is not worth a global catastrophe for the American nation.

But what do you think: is Ukraine which now has nothing of substance to offer worth the risk of waging a war against Russia? This will be a full-scale disaster for the whole world, not just a bunch of people. And we could definitely avoid this scenario. All it takes is just for us to stop sending weapons to Zelensky.

Actually, Ukraine DOES have strategic value.
That's why Putin wants it so much.
If Ukraine joins NATO, then NATO missiles could be based just 4 minutes from Moscow.
Russia will go to ANY length to prevent THAT!
The next nearer NATO country is Poland,
where the missiles are 12 minutes from Moscow.
Russia also sees that as a threat,
but much less of a threat as 4 minutes away.

Ukraine is divided ethnically.
The western and central parts of Ukraine are inhabited by Ukranians.
The eastern and southern parts are inhabited by Russians.
Those regions were added to Ukraine during Stalin's reign,
so that the Russians would always win the elections
in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.

A reasonable solution would be to let Russia have the Russian parts of the country,
and to agree to not base missiles closer than 12 minutes from Moscow.
Russia probably thought that they could quickly conquer the whole country.
When this war started, America's CIA thought that!
Now that Russia has lost 500,000 soldiers in this war,
they might be willing to accept a negotiated settlement.

Which is pretty much what Trump is calling for -
a settlement that is fair to both sides.
NATO apparently wants to keep this war going
to bleed Russia dry of soldiers and other resources.

NATO appears to be dominated by the global financial powers.
They want Russia (along with everyone else)
to be under THEIR control through financial slavery.

That's why NATO wants to keep this war going.
That, and the fact that Ukraine has been a good place for them to launder money.
Also the fact that the military-industrial complex is profiting, too!

Withdrawing support of Ukraine would be a bad idea.
Russia would take it over, and install a puppet government,
like they have in Belarus.

Continuing the support endlessly would also be a bad idea.
That would bleed both sides of resources.
And when Russia sees that it's about to collapse,
they would be tempted to use nuclear weapons.
"We have nothing left to lose. Let's destroy them, too!"

A negotiated settlement like I proposed above would be the best thing to do.

There are several reasons the Marxist elite want Ukraine, one in particular, is natural resources, the country is filthy stinking rich in it's geographical position and its geology.

The American people don't want anything to do with this war, this is Marxists/NATO/WEF/UN/NWO against Russia.
There is no reason in the world why Russians and Americans shouldn't be allies in the world, but Marxists hate for Russians, is the same hatred they have for the majority of Americans, they hate our Freedoms!
