If this weren't so sick it would be hysterical.
Considering who it is and the network he's on is it really much of a surprise? No matter one's age or experience ignorance always finds a way to rear it's ugly head. It's people like him that live in gated communities or who have armed bodyguards and are sheltered from the general population that are always in favor of things that have no effect on them.
On a slighty off topic, I heard a discussion this morning about Obama's kids and SS protection. Naturally a LIb argued how they deserve protection due to the decisions their father has to make. I'm fine with that...BUT...let him pay for it out of his own pocket. The counter argument is, "well other Presidents had protection to which I say, "other Presidents weren't out for gun grabs"
Bob Schieffer actually passed away a few years ago it's just that no one told him.
Obama is just another poster boy for the "Do as I say, not as I do" crowd.
They should just be completely honest and use the word "Constitution", instead of "gun lobby".
i.e.- Obama is going after the constitution, just like hunting down Bin Laden or defeating the Nazis. He will not stop until it is squashed.
