The amazing slap in the face when a marxist company realizes their marxist values don't work and cry out to their employees to think the capitalist way.

People sleep peacefully at night because there are a few tough men prepared to do violence on their behalf.

A foolish man complains about his torn pockets.

A wise man uses it to scratch his balls.

I thought for certain this was a Babylon Bee piece.

But whoever wrote it needs to be slapped, but that aside, the story is always the same, pay someone more than their worth and expect failure.
To this day I'm still amazed at the amount of people who refuse to apply simple common sense to their business model, not even solid market principles, but commonsense.

"We'll build a Utopia and they will come"... No, you'll go broke because mini Marxists will never be happy, no matter what you do.

Always has been a big difference in attitude between what is earned and what is given. Never have understood, if you do not like the amount of money you are earning, better yourself and get a job that pays more. Seems like you can not give enough to make anyone satisfied.

Yep, what I've discovered over the decades is, you can find good people willing to work in your best interest as long as they see promise in what they're doing.
In other words, even the lowliest of laborers want to better their station in life and are willing to sacrifice in the short term for long term employment.
These idiot kids think they should get a CEO's salary no matter what they do.

Excellent.  As a 45 year union member I can tell you that this article is 100%.  The laziest workers complain the loudest.  "Why is the owner of the company able to drive a $100k truck and I can only afford a $50k truck, it's not fair".  Bullshit.  The reason is your lazy, he has his sweat and blood in this company, you show up and do the least that's expected of you and then you go home.

I have experienced every side of it from apprentice to owner.  These worker have no idea that without paying off politicians they wouldn't even have a job.  Everyone should be an owner just once.  The moment someone compares a CEO salary to their own, they don't have a clue, just plain stupid.

You see, when a job goes south the owner has to cover it, the worker packs up his tools, grabs his lunchbox and heads home with a paycheck.  Free market capitalisms should be a graduation requirement from high school.

I remember watching young apprentices throw material in the trash.  I would say; "do you know what that screw costs?".  They would just look at me like "WTF?".  I would try an explain how hard it is to make money when hundreds of dollars of material is trashed every day.  They just don't get it.  Glad I'm done and retired.
