One can only hope the ruling will hold up.
Hmmmm will they appeal?

Congratulations to the Military Voter Protection Project.  They have broken new legal ground in protecting military voters.  A Maryland Federal Court ruled today that it is a violation of a soldier's constitutional rights to not receive his complete ballot on time.  The court ruled that the John Doe officer stationed in Iraq had standing to sue based on deprivations of their constitutional rights.

This is huge news which will affect the 2012 elections.

It'll probably get delayed under a blizzard of court motions and lesser-rulings until AFTER the 2012 campaign. Same for any birther suits of any real importance.

It's about damned time. Jackass libs wil move heaven and earth to make sure convicted felons can vote assholes like Al Franken into power yet they somehow can't seem to be bothered with making sure that soldiers have their votes counted too. Somehow I think that if the troops were reliably liberal voters then we wouldn't be having this problem.
If you believe big government is the solution then you are a liberal. If you believe big government is the problem then you are a conservative.

Now you know if they were "reliably liberals they would get 2 + voters each.

I hope this moves up the judicial system very quickly.  You know it's going to be appealed; hopefully very quickly.

And hopefully any appeal will be denied.
