Class struggle, the proletariat ("the 99%") pitted against the bourgeoisie (evil CEOs and Oil Execs and rich people*) and the redistribution of wealth are central to Marxism. Whether you create the socialist state through revolution or gradual reform you still end up with the same pizza.




*Apparently rich liberals, leftists, Democrats and celebrities (Oprah, Norman Lear, Spielberg, etc.) are not evil as long as they use their money to help elect other rich liberals, leftists and Democrats.
