Would like to post a link but I watched it on Mark's new online TV show. Was kind of surprised Rubio would give Levin his first interview as I've heard Mark get on his case pretty hard while he was still in the race regarding the Gang of 8 thing. He interviewed on a whole range of things, many not related to the election at all. In the beginning though, Mark did ask him about who he was supporting and what was he going to do with his delegates. He said it was very important to get the most conservative person left in the race to be the republican nominee and that was Ted Cruz. He said Trump is just flat not a conservative at all and Kasich was a nice man but he doesn't really know him.

So then he asked him about the delegates. Rubio mentioned that he has asked his delegates to hold off until right before the convention for legal reasons but wants them given out for the first ballot. It seemed pretty obvious all his delegates will be going to Cruz. It doesn't sound like Rubio is interested in VP and wants to be a private citizen as he believes in term limits so it is not bothering him. Who knows though, I think if he is willing to give his delegates to Cruz he may ultimately be a possible VP pick...just a guess on my part. Great interview from Levin...
You make me wanna roll my windows down and Cruz!

I hope he doesn't sellout to the Establishment. I just don't trust Rubio.

I'm not so sure Rubio wants to be a VP.  My guess is he will go back to his new law firm he started before becoming a Senator.

I think he might take another run at the Presidency, later on, or even Gov. of FL.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

I so hope he doesn't take Rubio.  We've made it this far, and the establishment has had to bow to the conservative.  We're winning and in control.  We don't need an anti-American liberal on the ticket.

I think Cruz is too smart for that. However, it would not hurt for Rubio to endorse Cruz. He could use those delegates.

Oh, definitely.  I think they're going to Cruz no matter what, but Rubio's support is another boost for Cruz, no doubt.

Isn't the silence from the GOP senators deafening? They are petrified. Therefore, no position on a candidate. They don't realize for a second that the folks are pissed just because of their "no position" approach.

To whom, Ksux?

Ksux has 143 delegates, he needs about 230 delegates, so add Rubots to Ksux and you have a RINO contender based in Establishment rules.
Republicans instituted a rule in the 2012 convention stating that a candidate must win a majority of the delegates in eight states to be placed in nomination, meaning neither Cruz or Chump reach the mark needed to clinch the nomination, hence contested convention.

Sure, all sounds conspiratorial, but this is the Establishment we're dealing with, a socialist Governor with zero chance of getting elected, and when one considers the Establishment failed with the Ryan balloon, their only resort is rules change and Ksux.
Yes, I know, sounds weird, but lets be honest, a Cruz win is a death sentence for the Establishment, so they will lie, cheat and steal to stay in power.
Like I said before, be prepared to write in Cruz.

Rubio hit Trump squarely on the Tariff & TAX issue - said government is the single largest issue holding back American growth.  Great interview, good insight, sounded rather "Reaganesque" on several points.  I -want- to like the guy, did he finally realize the gang-of-eight bill was a mistake...?

Rubio may have finally grown up and got his head screwed on straight... he might be a reasonable pick for a VP.
In Levin's free-flowing interview, I thought Rubio sounded much different than the debates, very appealing, and had a good handle on the issues.  No fluff, he actually articulated conservative principles quite well.  I can see he was off-his-game for the debates.   This interview is worth watching / listening to.

So he got his ass kick.  Now he is thinking about being the governor of Florida next.  I think I would change my strategy also. (game plan)

I think he is still looking for a job - any job. I can see Cruz finding something for him.

I agree that he can claw back some credibility, but he'll have to undo the damage of his Gang of Eight blunder somehow.  I do agree that Cruz can appoint him to something, as long as it's not related to immigration.  He also has too much baggage with is finances and past schemes he tried to pull off, so I wouldn't put him in anything finance-related either.

I was the last of 5 boys.  I have a kid on my ass for 5 years in school.  In our 6th year of school I had it with him.  So this time I did not just walk away.  I told him to back off, he ask me what I was going to do about it.  So I punched him out with two blows.  Back then you could do that, we became good friends after that.  You don't grow up with 4 other brothers older then you and not know how to fight.  LOL

Getting in a fight with someone forced the two to respect each other.  It's sad that fighting is frowned upon nowadays.  In elementary school, etc., you fight, both tire out fast, and once there's an obvious winner, everyone is pulling that guy off anyway.  It's sad kids don't get to do that anymore.  It is one of the best character builders there is.
