Yep a vote for Jeb Bush, or Mitt Romney is the same as a vote for Hillary. At least Hillary is upfront about being a flaming liberal and not trying to hide it, until after they are elected like Romney and Bush do.

And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

I don't want any of the establishment choices, but I don't think a vote for Romney or Bush would necessarily be a vote for Hillary.  'We' will not determine who the Republican party choses, 'They" will!
A vote for any third party candidate surely would be a vote for Hillary!  So, 'we' can best promote our agenda by pursuation and finding 'common ground' with those who ultimately 'pick' the Republican nominee. (Having said that, some of us need to put pressure of the RINOs, while others extend an olive branch, wherever we can on issues that have popular support).

The Hearings (in both the House and the Senate) are a ticking time bomb, which are best left to continue for the time being, behind the scenes....building a larger case and casting an ever widening net; who knows, it may scoop up a former Sec. of State; if so, it would be best that this happens much closer to the election!)

Any Republican would be better than any Democrat, at this point!  I want the most conservative one we can get, BUT that's the rub; how much does what I (as, well as other conservatives) want, really have to do with what the electorate wants (and for that matter, does the electorate really represent the will of the vast majority of the American people?  I have my doubts)

Then again, should Obama's actions go full bore Watergate, the majority may come out and elect whatever Republican is on the ticket!!!

I just did.

QuoteElections aren't a one policy issue

Okay, here are three issues.

Amnesty - Bush is on the same page as the Democrats on this

Common Core - Again, Bush is as big a supporter of Common Core as is Hilary

Obamacare - Seeing as Bush personally made millions of dollars from Obamacare via his position with Tennet healtcare, I don't see him being a crusader for its repeal and replacement.

Offshore Oil Exploration - As governor of Florida, he expanded the prohibition on offshore oil exploration along Florida coast to an extent that even some Democrats said WTF!

QuoteDefine the base.

The base is the folks who voted record number of Democrats and Progressive Republicans out of office last November.

QuoteDon't they all?

No, they don't. More and more Tea Party Movement Republicans are being supported by grass roots donations, not big corporations.

QuoteNow you're just being silly.

Well.... DUH!

QuoteWell based on your post the only Conservative candidate will be Walker.

From the candidates I've seen so far, you are correct.
