As I also said in an earlier post, looking for the kernal of corn among the turds. This is a step towards a MUch NEEDED stronger Military, that means more defense spending, more jobs that PAY BETTER and more money circulating, Stronger economy. Along with defense spending there has to be some "discretionary" spending or "Slush funds" in this crapburger...there always is, could this be a backdoor to appropriating a few billion for a Wall(?) Border security being part of National Defense?

Best of all, NO DACA....that is the Holy Grail of the Democratic party and they just threw the DACA under the bus. Don't tell me that wont hurt 'em.

So speaking as a Guy who didn't vote for Trump, I may be disappointed in him BUT I'm positively livid with that turtle faced creep McConnel and that ALred E Nueman look alike Ryan and the rest of those colostomy bags with an R after their name, those are the people if we had any sense would be "impeached"

Trust me I do understand where you are coming from. The problem I'm having is taking this personally. Should I.....?

We handed these SOBs everything they asked for. The senate, house, and presidency and look at the layers of shit we have to go throw to find the 'kernel of corn".

Hell, they have been screaming for 6 or 7 years about repealing Obamacare now they have everything they begged for and everyone has gone silent. Not a friggin' peep out of these lyin' fools.

Don't get me wrong President Trump has done something that had me go wow didn't see that coming. The SCOTUS pick, the judges he is appointing, the tax cuts, the Stock Market raise, job creation, etc but the one thing that makes a conservative nutso is spending when we have a deficit of 20 trillion dollars. Why add to the madness.

Anyways have a great day

When they passed the spending authorization last month Trumps budget director made a interesting statement when asked about all the pork. He pointed out that just because it is allocated doesn't mean it has to be spent. Look it up.
I only heard it once when he was under fire at a press conference. Could the Trump admin. slow walk or stop some on the budget busting things the Dim's are counting on? Wouldn't it be great to see Trumps agencies return 300 billion at the end of the year?
Well, there is this. https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2018/03/president_trump_hints_he_may_use_defense_budget_to_build_the_border_wall_now.html
I guess we will see. I would guess planned parenthood would be among the first to not receive funds, and I am sure there is a way for congress to try to work around this, BUT, it would probably take a vote directly on the one issue, which I doubt even rinos would want.

Right now many conservatives feel like they have been raped. However if trump can turn this around and actually starts the wall in the next 6 months, as well as deny many of the libs their allocated funds, then i think his base will come back to him with a vengance and support him stronger than ever before

No surprise over here that this guy caved and signed the bill. I highly doubt he sees a second term.

No, that's partially right. If a simple majority agrees to impeach for even one article, the Senate takes over.
Then it requires a majority to move forward and a majority to Impeach.

Here's the problem, Trump has not even skirted the law in the least, this is why the left talks of Impeachment, they know if they don't get rid of him, they are more than likely going to face jail time.
There is no way the GOP would move on such a foolish ordeal, they know the backlash would kill all chances of them ever getting reelected, in fact, I'd be willing to bet this would spark a civil war.

But it does take 2/3 majority in the senate to remove from office.

Yup, 2/3.
Ain't gonna happen... but, wait.. if an issue disreputable enough, destructive enough, illogical enough, and downright anti-American enough arises, that may just cause those noble elitists to congeal and effect mayhem. So---

I was commenting on this part. And you were right, I think the issue spawned from the order in which you wrote it, the simple majority come first.
No big, I was just shooting for pure accuracy, where first you need a simple majority, but you are still correct.

The 2/3  vote is what would be needed in the senate to remove from office if the house impeaches. It only takes a simple majority in the house to impeach.

With that said.

Can we drop this bull shit talk of Impeachment? (Take note of the posters pushing this utter nonsense and consider the credibility factor)
It is never going to happen, and the more we talk about it, the more we feed the left and their delusions. This is exactly what they want, you all accepting the possibility, so when they spring it on you, you accept it as an inevitability.

So let's drop it and get back to the topic. Period!!!

Great idea. Impeachment has become a distraction.

Yeah, look at the people that broached the topic here, that speaks volumes in and of itself.
Any poster that broaches the topic will have their post moved to conspiracy, not even the MSM Distraction forum.
Nothing worse than having this forum turn into the leftist 80s show, Murphy Brown.
