Title: Ratcliffe Declas for Graham

This is some pretty simple, straightforward, and damning evidence regarding the debunked russiagate hoax.
Graham must have requested this from Ratcliffe, so he declassified it in september and then we got it today.

So here we have the Dems explicitly admitting that
it was one of their own people
who leaked the Dems' emails to Wikileaks,
that NOBODY else (Russia, Trump, etc.)
had ANYTHING to do with it!
