Republican Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul said Tuesday he would send a letter to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) requesting a criminal referral of White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci.
"You kicked off your questioning of Dr. Fauci emphasizing federal law makes lying to Congress, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Is it your belief based on the evidence, senator, that he lied before Congress and broke the law?," Fox News host Sean Hannity, on whose show Paul appeared Tuesday, asked.
"Yes, and I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress," Paul replied.

Fauci didn't just tell one lie, he has repeatedly lied. There are countless deceased people because of those lies. Thus, Fauci essentially admitted to funding GOF research and is guilty of treason against the USA and all other countries circling the globe.

If the NIH defines gain of function the way Paul stated, and Paul describe the research accurately, I would like to hear exactly why it doesn't qualify as gain of function. I don't want to just hear that people above Fauci said it wasn't. I want to know exactly why it wasn't.

where he praised the Wuhan lab for performing gain of function research.
He specifically said that he believes that
"the benefits of gain of function research outweigh the risks."

Many tend to view Paul through the eyes of what his father was like. I have to give credit to Rand on one point aside from him going after Fauci.
He's the only politician that I have across that is willing to speak up for a subcategory among the unvaccinated.
I and my immediate family all had Covid. I get tested monthly (along with routine blood work for other issues) for antibodies and 10 months in I still have them. Yet all we hear about is the vaccinated vs. the unvaccinated and how it's a pandemic among theunvaccinated. That's not accurate.
People that had it don't need the kill shot as long as they still have antibodies. That's quite a few people out there but no one but Paul will say it publicly.
He's won my respect on that and his pursuit of Fraudci.

Yes, Fauci has lied on the stand more than once. If it was the average person who had no Democrat connections, they would prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Because he does have Democrat connections, I wouldn't hold my breath for any prosecutions. Between the "woke" MSM and the DNC, they will cover for him, lie for him, ignore whatever they need to and basically do whatever they can to keep him from being accountable. This is the Democrat way.
