Depends on the county you live in, mine takes about a week to a month, all depends on how slow the state DOJ is.
Some counties didn't use to allow them at all, but more and more are giving them out.

Have any of you heard about all of the riots and fights in some of these larger cities?  Man attacks another man over gas (Waiting in line for 6 hours), people trying to break into homes for food!  imagine what people will do when the economy does crash for all.
