Quote"I'm astounded that Mr. Carney should say that the Free Syrian Army is now stronger."

"You just didn't choose to know. I was there in Syria. We knew that – c'mon ... your boss is the one that, when the entire national security team wanted to arm and train them, that he turned them down, Mr. Carney..."

"Facts are stubborn things, Mr. Carney. ... The fact that they didn't leave a residual force in Iraq, overruling all of his military advisers is the reason why we're facing ISIS today."

I will not post the video of two American Citizen's two of our own brethren being beheaded, and brutally executed by Isis.

It is the President's JOB God Damn it, it is the President's foremost responsibility, to PROTECT American Citizen's whether they are HOME or ABROAD.

Whether they know the dangers or not, it is still the President's job to ensure that American's are not being killed by terrorists.

So when as the direct result, of a President's negligence Isis terrorist's murder two American Citizen's he is guilty of both a civil action, as well as a criminal action by the United States, he is also guilty of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, he should be both impeached and removed from office. But he should also be prosecuted criminally, and if found guilty, sentenced accordingly as any other CITIZEN would.

This is the law of the United States. Regarding a death caused by a person's negligence, this is the law of the United States.

QuoteCriminal negligence is a far more serious form of negligence that usually involves the death of another individual. The defendant has failed to perceive the serious nature of his or her actions and instead precipitated a gross violation of the standard of care expected on an individual.
How is this more serious than other forms of negligence?

Criminal negligence, as the name implies is not a civil lawsuit but rather a criminal matter as it violates the standard of care expected by the community. Therefore, all that is needed for a conviction is proof off the accused party's culpability in the death of the other party and that the defendant was willfully unaware of his or her actions and its potential to hurt others.

I didn't listen to his nauseating speech on the subject because Ms Billy doesn't want me throwing knives, shoes or handfulls of peanuts at her New 42 inch flat screen anymore when one of the Marxist SOB's come on TV.

But My Brother called me and said "listen to what asshole said last night" then went on to describe how he got up an lied thru his skinny rectal oriface about how ISIS were not muslims

He should be impeached right their for either lying to the American people in time of crisis or removed for gross negligence, mental imcompetance if he really beleives that nonsense.

Impeachment isn't going to happen; perhaps after the November elections and if the GOP secures the Senate then perhaps impeachment.  But really, what good is it going to do?  Clinton was impeached and he still retained the office. I'd rather see Barrak HUSSEIN Obama brought up on criminal charges after he leaves the White House.

Add this to the list of things that are summarily excused and ignored.

He can't be guilty of anything if nothing is ever pursued.  Ergo, not guilty.

That's that.  Sorry for the bummer.

no won't let me edit it. But one of the mods can I think. Sorry it's unreadable, wanted to "highlight" the relevant parts for the folks.

And for the liberals who can barely read when it's something that happens to disagree with them.

No, impeachment is going to happen.  It strips the power away from the President.

Uh, no. Mere impeachment by the House of Representatives (a la Bill Clinton) is the equivalent of an indictment in the criminal court system. It has no legal effect on the office-holder impeached, other than to bind him over for a Senate trial, and the usual attendant embarrassment and bad publicity. It's the follow-up to impeachment -- actual trial in the Senate -- that holds the possibility of serious consequences. Conviction at a Senate trial can lead to removal from office and/or even imprisonment. Only two presidents have been impeached -- Andrew Johnson and Clinton -- and both men were acquitted at impeachment trials in the Senate. Both men finished out their terms in office.
