January 6, 2021 at 1 p.m.: Vote count is finalized as the results are certified.
In other words, it matters not what happened, it's not official until Congress confers. And FWIW, the vote is not finalized till the courts hear the evidence.

The Senate has the final word. And when Trump proves in court how the left and the CCP stole the election, the Senate will hear the official count.

Not true, first of all not one senator has agreed to latch on to one of the members of the house. It goes to the house they can try to hold it up, they get two hours to discuss. They need somebody from the senate to sponser them. Then it would have to go to a whole vote in front of the house and Senate.  In other words not going to happen. Mitch is an asshole but he likes tradition.  His members wont step out of line.
