Lawyer Sidney Powell asserted that due to alleged foreign interference in the Nov. 3 election, "it's more than sufficient to trigger" President Donald Trump's executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.

In September 2018, Trump signed an executive order that says "not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election," according to the text of the order.

Powell told The Epoch Times she believes due to that executive order, it can give Trump "all kinds of power ...  to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the machines," referring to voting machines.

"Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen," Powell added. "Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who's willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth."

If there were crimes committed I'd think that the Trump Administration would have indicted someone by now...it's gotten to be too late...

I think that's what Trump alluded to yesterday. He said "ALL FRAUD WILL BE PROSECUTED" and anyone assisting will be included in said charges.
The left just doesn't get it, they think they won because they think they stole the election.

Trump has other plans going far beyond simple fraud going into his next term.

Trump may still have all the power he ever did, but despite that he hasn't assured himself a 2nd term. The States, and Judicial Branch have not helped him in this endeavor.

It doesn't appear that the Dems have to do anything at all to stop him.

So there isnt anyway for the dems to stop him? Cuz if they cant he simply doesnt leave and there is nothing the dems can do about it. So really the burden rests on dems to force trump out or he just wont go, yet they have no way to do that.

You misunderstood me. The Dems don't have to do anything to stop him. He's already lost. The States have certified their votes, the Electors are voting today, and the Senate will count them in a couple of weeks.

Right, and at each of those steps trump won,(most votes on election day, sent his own electors to the college today, pence counts the votes jan 6th) so he simply will stay in office and order his inauguration to be planned and conducted. My question is, what is the left gonna do to stop him? How can they make him leave?
