This reminds me of the Maxine Waters ethics investigation regarding her dealings to help OneUnited bank in which her husband has plenty invested. She was eventually cleared but is that all there is to it?

Is Akin getting any support from the Repubic establishment?  They've abandoned Bachmann.  Getting rid of the Communists is only the first step.  We need to keep at it until the RINOS are extinct.

They are much like the Nauga, no one has ever seen one yet we it's everywhere, but if not paying close attention, they can slip in undetected and pass themselves off as the real thing, only to crack later and expose itself as a fake.

What establishment Republicans - who tend to come from the NYC/Washington axis - seem to forget; is that people see things differently out in "flyover country". So something that's a "big deal" to the media in the corridor, is "no big deal" to the people electing people out in the states. Yanking support from Akin simply because he said something that got the left wing media in an uproar was stupid. AND it revealed one of the major problems with RINO's - they pay far to much attention to the media.
