A White House official emailed some reporters to say that President Obama's national security team met Saturday to discuss the escalating situation in Ukraine, but Obama reportedly didn't attend, The Weekly Standard reported.

Well, if you're nothing more than a figurehead, a puppet if you will, then those in attendance are the real decision makers.
Hell, it's even possible they see him as another Biden and told him to stay away, go play golf, or fatten up the dog.

"Dumb and Dumber" is right.  I think Obama would serve his country better if he would just stay out on the golf course and take Biden along too.  These guys are both complete idiots, so why would we want them at the National Security Meeting.  They have no idea what to say or do. 

Did you hear Chris Wallace talking about Ukraine and Russia this morning on Fox?  He said some very interesting things about Putin and how Russians in general view him.  He is not popular in his own country, sort of like Brezhnev of old Soviet Union.  Many Russians want to leave the country as they are afraid of what Putin will do to their country.  If Obama was smart, which he is not, he could make good use of these facts.  That is what Chris Wallace was saying.   

When Romney said during a debate that Russia was our biggest geopolitical enemy Obama mocked "The eighties called. they want their foreign policy back".  Romney should call Obama and say "Mr. President. Jimmy Carter called. He wants his foreign policy back"...
