Yeah thats a prime example of their "logic" these idiots figure if they expidite visas they'll somehow catch ebola infected applicants due to some medical exam requirement.

What nobody says is that in these uber corrupt countries you can buy a medical history exam from the local witch doctor for the price of a goat or a few chickens.

Just more on Obama's plan to destroy the US.  Bring Africans infected with a fatal disease and 100.000 Haitians without visas to stir the mix.
