Why hasn't it shown up in American personal on the battlefield? The only cases I've heard of involving an increase in cancer in Americans that served in that region was attributed to #1) The Oil fires Saddam set #2) in the area north of Bagdad for chemical exposer but I haven't heard anything of Americans developing cancer from exposer to DU.
