Very interesting that this DOD file is public. Was it made available through a FOIA request at some point? It's something I haven't seen before -- maybe I wasn't paying attention. Are files like this available for other released or still detained Guantanamo prisoners?

Yes their detainment records are public information. Just as with any other prisoner our government holds.

That said, Paul Ryan was on Fox this a.m. saying that the President's intention and plan to close gitmo is illegal, due to a law passed by the Dems.

My question is this then Mr. Ryan, if this President is doing things which are illegal, and you and the Congress are aware of it.

Then why isn't the Congress doing it's job, holding this President accountable for those violations of our laws, and impeaching him?

Sad, but true.

Solar what I think is even sadder, is that the American people have allowed him to get away with it.

And worse yet, allowed their representatives in their Congress to not only enable the President in his violations of our law. By leaving him in the office to start with, AFTER being made aware of his violations of our laws.

But have, themselves actively violated the law.

For example this A.M. Ryan's on there all proud talking about how they filed suit to stop Obama's illegal immigration plan to bring Isis loving Syrians to the U.S.

Yet the Constitution is very clear. It does not say Congress or a member of Congress is to file a lawsuit if the President is breaking the law.

The Constitution says they are to file impeachment articles in the House of Representatives.

Yet, when members of Congress who take their job as representatives have tried to do that what's happened?

They're shut down by first Boehner and now Ryan.

If you ask me, the enablers in the Congressional leadership, are just as guilty by accessory, as the President himself is.
