Exactly, everything else about the link was funny, except for that attempt to beat on minorities. First of all, what is wrong with being a minority? If they are US citizens then they are Americans just like anyone else as far as I'm concerned. And second, they have been hit harder than white Americans in this economic crisis, so no jobs for them either.

I find the whole concept of race ridiculous. We can interbreed with no genetic problems, so we certainly aren't speciated. The difference lies between appearance, and attitude, not between something so specious as race.

That's exactly right, and as the same people, we should come together to create solutions for common problems instead of being bought off, and divided for political purposes. The black middle class was growing at a rapid rate before the government interceded during the sixties to "fix" the problem. The fix held them back by decades, and cost billions, if not trillions when you count the lost economic activity, in the process.

Sadly you are correct of wise and pessimistic one.
But it's true, it will be quite the challenge weaning the leeches off the Govt teat that husein made so appealing.

Personally tough love is the only answer, cold turkey and withdraws are the only cure.
And I don't mean the liquor. This dependency BS needs to be shot and buried immediately.
It's amazing how quickly people become motivated to find a job in a mkt that will be looking for people willing to work.

There are plenty of job opportunities out there. The problem is that they aren't as attractive as sitting on your ass, or the government isn't offering to pay you to learn how to do them. A disincentive exists to take the jobs.

The penalties for making a certain amount while of Govt handouts, will mean all funds will be cut off.
It completely slaps in the face of human nature to persevere in taking on challenges.
Which is the main reason I hate liberalism, it ruins mans drive of self ownership and to succeed in life.
