We can learn more about TTIP by reading the British press and following the debates in the European Parliament.  Even there, the bill has been kept under wraps.

The decisions to open markets would be left up to the business officers.

European Commission launches public online consultation on investor protection in TTIP

As part of its ongoing efforts to make its negotiations with the US the most open and transparent trade talks to date, the European Commission today launches a public consultation on investor protection and investor-to-state dispute settlement (ISDS) in the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

Investors? What do they know? We're from Kenya, and besides, we got Michelle Obama.

Two things that came up after the UKIP havoc.  US wants no country of origin on meat exports to England.  Predatory US Pharmaceuticals (No, Virginia, they are not idolized around the world like the are here) demand entry into British National Health System.
Think there might be a little influence passing hands there?

The EU report is cumbersome to read, but has additional info.

The British have read the bill.

No debate in Congress?

Raging controversy, in Europe. Good for us in that it allows us a peek inside TTIP.

It would appear.  Now the talk is that if the EU puts up too much of a stink, Congress will simply by pass Europe and push the agreement through in Asia.
