That is what the bigger companies are hoping.    Did anyone get that 2.500$ check yet they were going to save yet. 

When you're required to pay for services you neither want nor need, your bills will go up. When people who have greater medical needs and expenses are charged no more than someone who is perfectly healthy, someone has to cover that gap. When those perfectly healthy people don't bother to sign up because they know their payments are simply going to subsidize someone else's care - and a shitload of paper pushers - your premiums will skyrocket. Anyone - except a LIV - could figure it out.
