Oh, by far.  They are so fearful of having to be responsible for their own lives, or, if they have means, they are in a situation where they got someone else's money from an inheritance, or whatever, and they feel guilty.  They feel guilty, or they feel bothered that they don't deserve it, so they lash out at those who earn it.  I think this because I went through something similar, to an extent, when I started making a lot of money, but I had a small feeling of guilt, because I dropped out of college and was in my mid-late 20s.  It was odd, and I did get over it, but I can see how someone with no talent who doesn't think they deserve it (where I convinced myself I did) will lash out, and their entire world view is from an emotional, psychological guilt.  It is sad.

Or, if they don't have any money and aren't happy (I'd go on a limb and say like that other forum), they blame their environment.  They watch some MTV Cribs and get a heavy case of wealth envy and lash out.  I'd say OWS was a combination of both of these.  The kids who have all the corporate-made gadgets by companies who took risk that they hate, typing out a Marxist manifesto on an Apple Macbook, and the kids who were basically homeless people who had nothing better to do than to shake their fists at big buildings and harass small establishments to use their bathrooms.  I have a friend who lives on the upper West side in NYC, and he told me when he walked by them, it smelled like dead bodies.  I mean, how gross is that?

Liberals are just the worst people, and need to find a tall building and jump.

From my little ole self anyway, they are the problem no doubt. Just go look at their post at the site we are talking of. You don't have to be a con or lib. but have to be able to think for yourself. Something they are not capable of.

Present a fact to them and they will either ignore it and go on a name calling tyrant or post from a communist or socialist web-site and insist they are right so you must be a loon and again go on the name calling rant.

Few of them have a thought that isn't from a liberal site, no facts just Oblamer POINTS.

They are like zombies when it comes to following, I have never in my life seen so many people just follow others off a cliff no matter what. Easy 75% over there never say a thing other then follow. This is where I get my biggest laugh because they think they just made a landmark statement for the first time in their life, but no it's just repeating what someone told them to say.

They don't have nearly the posters it seems because the ones left over there all have had many different names and I am sure some are the same people.

Lastly if is wasn't for this site they would have no conversation what so ever because they have no one to FIGHT with. They are desperate as heck to be heard, like the five yr old in the school yard.

They said they didn't actually ban conservatives but, even if that is true, they probably force them out with personal attacks and illogical nonsense. A conservative can only tolerate the political insanity of the far left for so long.

I must admit, I went over there just to see how bad it was.  It is pitiful.  A bunch of random, childish prattle about how stupid, and every other childish insult, everybody here is.

It reminded me of the 'living wage' nonsense that they all babble on about.  It just dawned on me....these are the "I get a trophy and a ribbon just for standing here and whining and refusing to play" mama's boys. 

You get a trophy for being slow of mind and slow of foot, and contributing nothing.  So the 18-something libs on these websites think they deserve 75K per year for having no skills, no talent, no dedication, no motivation, and contributing nothing.  They call it living wage, lol.

This is one of the problems with liberals' belief system. They don't understand how wealth is created. They seem to think that the government and workers' unions create wealth. Of course that's not true and if the small entrepreneurial class that they despise with a passion were to disappear, there would be no functioning government and there would be no union jobs as both government and unions are nothing but parasites. People in the millennial generation--my generation--do seem to feel entitled to a median salary right out of college without having to do much work or otherwise contribute to society in a meaningful way (no kids, camping out with the "Occupy" movement doesn't count) because they have a "Gender Studies" degree or some other worthless degree (in all fairness my B.A. is worthless too but I don't feel entitled to anything because of it).

I have talked with several Obama supporting millennials and besides mostly not knowing why they support Obama and the Democrats (no, "women's rights" as a reason doesn't make sense), they talk about student loans and student aid from the government and how important this is to them and their fear that Republicans will cut government funding of higher education. What they fail to realize is that the ridiculously high tuition that we pay can probably be blamed at least partly on government involvement in education financing and the promotion of the idea that "every young person should go to college," regardless of their intellectual talent and academic and social maturity. It's like they would rather pay $30,000 with $5,000 paid by the government than $10,000 with very little government contribution. Government should have some role in assisting low-income, academically capable and intellectually serious students with higher education funding but that's about it. Too much government involvement in higher education funding has resulted in skyrocketing tuition, lowering of academic standards, and diminishment of the value of a Bachelor's degree. As always, government is the problem and not the solution. But too many young adults fail to understand and realize this obvious truth and thus the "Occupy" movement was born.
