There's always an excuse when the conspiracy theory doesn't pan out.    So "foreign money" makes it hard to arrest the supposed hordes of antifa soldiers tearing apart the country? LOL.

I don't understand.  Is this OP trying to dispel the notion that antifa exists, or that it is an organized organization that commits acts of terrorism?
