The bottom line. All yesterday did was confirm there are very few conservatives in NY. No surprises.

And that should tell his supporters what they are really hitching their wagons to.  Trump is the epitome of NYC values which means there isn't really any values whatsoever.  Simply put... NYC is about as liberal as anyone can define liberalism.

Trump is nothing more than a carnival barking snake-oil salesman and if one supports him then I'm sorry to say that you really don't have much going for you "upstairs".  Anyone who has the capability to think for themselves has to be pretty ignorant to buy into this huckster's bullshit.  Sadly that is one of the biggest problems facing any candidate in an election.  That being low info and non-thinking voters who can be bullshitted into anything and everything.  That and the changing demographics which are not changing for the better.

There was a number thrown about exit polling that 60% said Cruz scared them. What this tells us is the majority of New Yorkers are petrified of core values.

No, that is simply untrue. Its 19% are scared, 40% are concerned. What I find surprising is that 32% of NYers are optimistic. Cruz getting 14% of the vote yet 32% are optimistic???

I'm guessing you take these silly polls at face value truth, never once considering the agenda behind each and everyone.

What were Trump's numbers?
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

No, I dont take them for face value. I was just stating that the face value of them doesnt make sense considering it says 32% are optimistic for Cruz yet he only got 14% overall.

I think nothing is more evident of that then Kansas. The last poll before the KS vote had Trump up 6% and Cruz won by 25% - a 31% swing.

What's Ted up to today?  Anything interesting?

Sorry, Senator.

Stick with talking about your tax-plan, bud.  It's still a bit better than my guy's, but if you don't talk about it more, my guy may probably hijack the best parts of it... and everybody will have pretty-much forgotten it was yours to begin with.

And act like you've been there...  Quit bragging about voterlesss-landslides and how smart your ground-game is.

I'm a pessimistic person. When things are bad, then tend to look 10 times worse to me. When things are good, they look average to me. I try to be optimistic but at the first sight of possible bump in the road, my initial reaction is that I take it as the sky is falling - such as seen with my earlier fear of Cruz losing Indiana.

Why the "MrConservative-in-his-dreams? Just because I'm more of a pessimistic person, and it's shown tonight, is no reason to doubt my conservatism.

Pessimism is fine.. Screaming the sky is falling at every turn is pathetic and as was stated earlier, quite annoying.. It never was "in the bag" for either man, it will be a fight all the way to the Convention. Trump had a good night, it was HIS HOME STATE,  it was expected.  Next week will more than likely also be good for the Don, but again, its not over until the delegates vote at the convention.  You can sit back and listen to the talking heads say its over and you can believe it, I know they have been saying it since December and don't take anything the media says at face value. they have an agenda and like him or not the Don has increased ratings, of course they will talk him up and make this seem like he is all there is left, but many of understand the process and know without a doubt this is far from over.

Yep polling info is easy to get wrong. It depends on who's asking the questions in the poll. And how the question is being asked. Ask folks if they like breathing the wrong way, and everyone would say they hate breathing air.

Yet we all know that's probably not true.
