Unfortunately for a lot of kids it was during the clinton's years they were thrown in prison. Several cronies of the clintons invested into federal prisons and the prisons needed filling. Clinton's administration filled them. Don't know for sure but I am guessing several of those kids did time for what is legal today.

For some reason, kids doing time so the clintons could line their pockets just pisses me off. I sure do not have any problem with them voting nor do I have a problem for those whose "crime" is legal now getting their record wiped clean.
