....says Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Mr Blankenship.

There are no links to this but this is what I found out while handling my mother's estate following her death.

A beneficiary of the will stole a high valued item from the Estate and I reported this to the Commonwealth Attorney Office and was told because she has it they cannot prove ownership. I then told him I would steal it back and he said "don't do anything illegal of rash." HUH! I just reported something stolen and he said it was legal for her but not for me.

I then contacted the Governor's Offfice to 'report' this and  a Ms Terry from that office referred me to Lawyer Assistance List. Ahem....Ms Terry when did the Commonwealth subcontract out prosecuting state crimes to private attorneys? Or have state employees got this stupid.

All of this is documented so if these parties wish to contest my reporting then ......be careful.

Crime is legal in Va......just ask Mr Blankenship out oy Wytheville Va.

I knew there was a reason I left Va for good.

I wish nothing but ill will upon the Commonwealth.
I thought I was wrong one time but I was mistaken.

My ex is a Forensic Document Examiner and he always said some of the worst crimes committed were between families, especially when someone dies.  People steal, forge documents, and do all kinds of outrageous things all for the sake of money and personal gain.  Toy

I pray, not wish because I have a God not a Genie.
