They should have tried them in Afghanistan - then we could have riots here in the US, burn down Mosques, and kill Muslims at random. I'm sure the Afghanis would understand.

For the life of me, I do not recall any part of the UCMJ which prohibits Koran burnings. They're up to six defendants now. A quickie summary courts martial should acquit them, and their records would be expunged...if anybody but Obama was in the White House.

This is what I'd do......

......get the so-called defendants out-of-country.

.....immediately start redeployment stateside and ask Karsi....you feeling comfortable yet cause we're leaving. Watch him sweat like a ho in church on Sunday.

......ask the Afghan government to produce extradition papers or any agreement thereof.

.....wish that part of the world the best and kiss it goodbye.
