The latest fake democracy update is the Mexican Supreme Court overruling the democratic rule of the people and dictating abortion is legal in all of Mexico. This is a bit more significant than people outside Mexico realize, because Mexico did not have a free and fair election until recently. Basically, as soon as people got free elections, they were overruled by the unelected courts. The people intentionally voted to have the states decide the hot issues like abortion. Now, the people have no say, just like when the elections were rigged.

It was like a lightbulb going off. As soon as free elections, the unelected court takes over. The usual suspects like France are saying that Mexico "must" obey the ruling.

I agree with you, but my point was about fake democracy. The people vote one way, then they are overruled by a court.
