They keep forgetting that business can move.  California should have learned that lesson by now, with all the businesses that have left to states that are more friendly to business.

The left refuses to learn anything. They believe that their solutions will actually work, even though history tells them they won't. I think it was HRC that said,during the 2008 election, that if FDR had just thrown more money at his programs to end the depression they would have worked.
