The problem here seems to be along the line of the Cloudmeister's inability to see that his assumptions are not general statutes, and that people are innocent until PROVEN guilty.  What he thinks he saw if not germane to the true facts.  Now, the state in question passed their own gun laws.  The ability to charge Rittenhouse also resonates from that State.  If they haven't charged him yet, they may charge him in the future.  Once again, this airhead seems to think HE dictated the state's position on this.  IOW, he's put the proverbial cart before the horse.

Black admitted that Rittenhouse gave him the money to buy the rifle for him. That is a straw purchase and is a felony by state and federal laws. Rittenhouse is a resident of Illinois and had no possible legal way to own a firearm and had no legal way to be in possession of the firearm he used. He had Black buy the firearm for him which again by state and federal laws is a felony. Black was storing the firearm and gave possession of the firearm to Rittenhouse which by state and federal laws is another felony. These are undisputed facts and are felony violations of law.  Screaming 2nd amendment is not going to change that. Straw purchases of cars or houses fall under completely different laws of straw purchases of firearms. And yes I'm calling out Solar for being the sky screaming lying hypocrite he is. Facts are facts.

It doesn't change the fact that there are laws on the books that have been challenged and deemed Constitutional.  The Rittenhouse case is far from over and won't be over for a long time. Thee undisputed facts are Rittenhouse is 17yo and a resident of Illinois. He was armed with an AR15. He shot and killed 2 people and injured 1. What is disputed is whether it was murder and assault or was it self defense.  My opinion has always been it was self defense. It is also a fact that Rittenhouse had no legal way to be in possession of the firearm he was carrying. It has recently came out that Black used money he go from Rittenhouse to buy him the rifle he had. Crimes were committed long before the riots started. Rittenhouse and Black are criminals.

No presumption of innocence?  Are there any more crimes where you are guilty and now a criminal without ever being charged with the crime? Can you prove Rittenhouse acquired the gun for the sole purpose of killing the two rioters? Before you scream it does not matter, consider this, of all the thousands of laws on the books, the only ones Rittenhouse has to concern himself with are the ones he is charged with.
