This is irrelevant to the Rittenhouse case as he has not been charged with that crime. You might as well be screaming about assassinating the president  as Rittenhouse has not been charged with that either. First, state and local laws do not suspend the Constitution or Bill of Rights.  It is very clear no government in the United States shall infringe on the right of individuals to possess firearms.  Written very simply and age was not an issue since many young men were part of militias especially if the father was not in the home.  Any restrictions on that right are unconstitutional, period.  The meaning of shall not be infringed means that there shall be no restrictions on weapon types or capacity of magazines, and nowhere does it say it's OK to ban a rifle because it's black and scares people.

So the law is the law, eh?  OK, how's this one?  "Since 2006, a federal regulation has prohibited exporting pennies or nickels from the United States without a special license from the U.S. Mint," Chase writes. So, SCOTUS intervenes ILLEGALLY and tells the States the Bill Of Rights doesn't apply to the States.
