Debate Topic on voter fraud

Thinking about the current issues and potential effects, I had an  idea.

First part. One red state's GOP needs to get its act together.

Second. Lets say Texas. Passes a law to the effect the Biden administration is illegitimate. No law passed by said administration will take effect in the state.

Third. This of course would be challenged in the courts. Would be federal court, SCOTUS. Where the AG and Cruz if he still wants to step up can present all the voter fraud in every state. No dismissal this time by Roberts.

Biden is not a duly-elected president-elect.  He was not voted in according to the Constitution in several swing states.  Therefore, to me, he is not legitimate anyway.

Yes I believe you are correct.  Both are permitting the election fraud.  Two are one.

Correct, he is not legally certified as president elect. The proceedings on Jan 6th do not carry the weight of law. If the military were to obey his orders instead of trumps they cld be court marshaled.
