The SCOTUS is not going to listen to 20 different lawsuits! they will pick the ones they feel have the best standing and combine them! If they take the Texas lawsuit ( that now has 8 states and growing) I would look for them to also take 1 or 2 of the fraud suits too! the reason is to show the damage that Texas is claiming and hear them all at once! There is no (safe harbor) date where the SCOTUS is concerned! They can  reverse Biden any day up to the 20th of January when he is sworn in!
I believe the SCOTUS will weigh in before this is over and the Texas case has got to interest them because it is a pure constitutional issue! The Penn. case in it's self could not effect the out come of the election. It is still on their docket The only thing they turned down was a stay on the electorates! It to can be argued with the Texas case!
