You're right, it will get him noticed, but will it turn off the audience he's pursuing?

I gotcha' on that but it was funny.  Heck, he may even be spouting all of this off to the dems.  They all believe in letting it all hang out so maybe that's who he wants to win over.  He may be as confused as they are and don't know which party he belongs to.

Wonder what the rebuttal ad will be on this one?  Can't wait...

I admit, I laughed at the skin discoloration crack, followed by the wet paper bag joke, at which point I laughed out loud.

I like it as a political joke by a third party, but not as an ad from an actual challenger.  As much as I hate Boehner, I think candidates should stand for something, not just tear down their opponent. I like it. I don't think it's over top. I doubt it will offend many but will he be taken seriously? He needs to show people he's a serious candidate.

I didn't get it. I think it was trying to be cute or funny, but it kinda got lost on me. I prefer a much more direct attack. I don't like Boehner and would love to see him get the boot.

I can see where the ad might be offensive, it would normally be thus for me but  you've got to realize that everyone that has ever been anything from the most to the worst has been trotted out for us to boo or applaud.  Sadly, most aren't worth a good boo because most of them have agendas that smell like money.  Most are just chasing an elaborate lifestyle, doesn't matter what they have to say or do to get that dream and once they have it are set up for life.  How many instances of this thing have we already witnessed?  Gone are the statesmen.   In the meantime, a little laughter at these dolts is like medicine, works wonders.
